After 6 months of moving ‘Do Mail Shot’ from one ‘to do’ to the next, I finally realised that in reality it was never going to happen

It was at this point I got in contact with the ladies from the PA Team and asked them to help.  They have been brilliant and just picked the task up and ran with it.  All I do now is deliver more headed paper, the letters go out, they keep a spreadsheet of who has been sent what and yes the enquiries are coming in.
